Public notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Long Term Care Centers and Nevada Regional Medical Center will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room at NRMC, 800 South Ash, Nevada, Missouri.

The tentative agenda includes financial statements, committee reports and specific items relating to old and new business, with Long Term Care business being conducted first. This meeting will be open to the public.
In addition to the regular Nevada Regional Medical Center meeting, the Board of Directors will vote to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraphs (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys, (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded, (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected, and (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment, which will be closed to the public.
