a. Second Reading of Bill No. 2013-042 amending section 20-23 of the City Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri.

b. Second Reading of Bill No. 2013-046 providing for the holding of a Primary and General Election within the City of Nevada, Missouri and fixing the polling place, appointing judges of said election, and providing for other matters incidental to said election.

c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2013-047 approving a cooperative agreement by and between the Missouri Department of Conservation and City of Nevada Parks and Recreation.

a. Consideration of Bill No. 2013-048 accepting the option for Troutt, Beeman & Co. P.C. Certified Public Accountants to conduct the annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.

b. Consideration of Resolution No. 1381 authorizing a waiver from the provisions of section 5-26 (2), dogs at large of the City of Nevada, Missouri in conjunction with the National Wild Turkey Federation Youth Event to be held September 28, 2013 at Marmaduke Park.

c. Consideration of Resolution No. 1382 approving Los Sauces LLC to sell intoxicating liquor in excess of five percent of alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold.

d. Consideration of Resolution No. 1383 approving VIPA’s Thai Palace LLC to sell intoxicating liquor in excess of five percent of alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold.
