a) Consideration of Resolution No. 1681– A Resolution of the City of Nevada accepting the bid and authorizing payment to O’Brien Ready Mix, of St. Paul, Kansas in the amount not to exceed $150,000 for concrete for the Year 2023.
b) Consideration of Resolution No. 1682 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri accepting the bid and authorizing payment to Warsaw Oil Company Inc., Warsaw, Missouri in the amount of ten (10) cents below regular price for automotive fuel for the Year 2023.
c) Consideration of Resolution No. 1683 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri accepting the bid and authorizing payment to Holliday Sand & Stone, Overland Park, Kansas in the amount not to exceed $160,000 for various sizes of rock for the Public Works Department for the Year 2023.
d) Consideration of Resolution No. 1684 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri accepting the bid and authorizing payment to CDL Electric, Pittsburg, Kansas in the amount not to exceed $15,000 for the purchase of three (3) LED replacement fixtures.

a) Second reading of Bill No. 2022-086 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, approving the connection to the City of Nevada Sanitary Sewer System for property located at 13585 US-54, Nevada, Missouri.
b) Second reading of Bill No. 2022-088 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, amending the Zoning District Map at 319 W. Austin Blvd. by changing the zoning from C-0 Non-retail District to C-1 Local Business District.
c) Second reading of Bill No. 2022-090 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of Amendment Number One (1) to the contract between the City of Nevada and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for Design Runway 13/31 and Apron Connecting Taxiway Reconstruction; Design Underdrain System Project at the Nevada Municipal Airport.

PUBLIC HEARING: 2023 Fiscal Budget
a) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-091 – A Special Ordinance approving the Fiscal 2023 Budget of the City of Nevada, Missouri, appropriating from the revenue of the City requisite funds, therefore, providing for the adjustments thereof, providing for the salaries of the City employees, approving the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program, updating the organization chart, and approving the public records and abatement fee schedules.
b) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-092 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri imposing an additional sales tax on all tangible personal property retail sales of adult use marijuana within the city in accordance with Article XIV, Section 2, Subsection 6 for General Revenue purposes.
c) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-093 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri establishing a fee schedule for the use of the Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf course.
d) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-094 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri establishing a fee schedule for the use of the Park shelter houses, Colonel John Marmaduke Community Building, and Twin Lakes Sports Complex Ball fields.
e) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-095 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri establishing a fee schedule for the use of the Franklin P. Norman Community Center.
