b) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-007 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of an agreement between the City of Nevada and the Missouri Office of Administration and the Missouri National Guard for connecting Camp Clark Military Training Facility to the City of Nevada sewer system.
c) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-008 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of a governmental cooperative contract with Vernon County and Vernon County Assessor pertaining to assessments of Real and Personal properties within the Corporate Limits of Nevada, Missouri in conformity with Section 70.220 ET. d) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-009 – A Technical Correction Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri vacating the alleyway between Lots 94 and 93 of Wood and Blanchard’s Addition Block K to the City of Nevada, Missouri.
e) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-010 – A Special Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of an agreement with H.W. Lochner, Inc. of Kansas City, Missouri for Design Services.
f) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-011 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of a contract between the City of Nevada and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for reconstructing of Runway 13-31 at the Nevada Municipal Airport.
g) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-012 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Water’s Edge Aquatic Design of Lenexa, KS for the visioning and needs analysis of the Walton Aquatic Center Pool.
