a) Consideration of Bill No. 2023-003 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 and Changer Order No. 2 to the agreement with Strukel Electric Inc.
b) Consideration of Bill No. 2023-004 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri appropriating from the American Rescue Act Fund expenditures for purposes that fulfill the intent of the American Rescue Plan Act for Public Health.
c) Consideration of Bill No. 2023-005 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, authorizing and directing the execution of an amended lease with the Nevada Animal Shelter Corporation, a Missouri nonprofit corporation.
