b) Second Reading of Bill No. 2022-071 – A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, amending chapter 36 of the code of the City of Nevada, Missouri, by approving and adopting a lead ban for public drinking water.

a) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-072 – A Special Ordinance providing for the holding of a primary and general election within the City of Nevada, Missouri, and fixing the polling place, appointing judges of said election, and proving for other matters incidental to said election.
b) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-073 – A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada Missouri adopting an economic development incentive policy for the City of Nevada, MO.
c) Consideration of Resolution No. 1663 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri intent to seek funding through the Main Street Program’s Community Empowerment Grant for downtown improvement, revitalization, and development of downtown.
d) Consideration of Resolution No. 1664 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri supporting the application for Traffic Engineering Assistance Program (TEAP) funding to complete a traffic impact study of I-49 and Highland Avenue Interchange to Route W.

The City Mayor requests an Executive Session for Reasons in Accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo., Subparagraph (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body, and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor, and (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
