Consideration of Resolution of the board of directors of Nevada Animal Shelter Corporation addressing completion and filing of certifications and assurances requested by USDA, Rural Development associated with the application for federal funding and grants to Nevada Animal Shelter Corporation, a Missouri nonprofit corporation.
c. Consideration of Resolution of the board of directors of Nevada Animal Shelter Corporation authorizing the execution of an agreement for audit services.
