NRMC Board of Directors Meeting – Tuesday, January 31, 2017 – 5:30 p.m.

Public notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Long Term Care Centers and Nevada Regional Medical Center will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room at NRMC, 800 South Ash, Nevada, Missouri.

The tentative agenda includes financial statements, committee reports and specific items relating to old and new business, with Long Term Care business being conducted first. This meeting will be open to the public.

In addition to the regular Nevada Regional Medical Center meeting, the Board of Directors will vote to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraphs (1), (3), and (13) which will be closed to the public.

Pursuant with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraph (2), may possibly reopen meeting following Executive Session to consider Property Lease from Long Term Care.
