Public notice is hereby given that the Nevada Regional Medical Center Board of Directors will hold a special session on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room, 800 S. Ash, Nevada, Missouri.

The tentative agenda includes review of SpecialCare Hospital Management Corporations report and recommendations. Will also cover discussion on Refinancing Update. This meeting will be open to the public.

In addition to the regular Nevada Regional Medical Center meeting, the Board of Directors will reserve the right to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraph (1), which will be closed to the public.
