Public notice is hereby given that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Nevada Regional Medical Center will hold a meeting on Monday, November 24, 2014 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the NRMC Mezzanine Conference Room, 800 South Ash Street, Nevada, Missouri.

The tentative agenda includes financial reports, updates, and specific items relating to old and new business, with Long Term Care business being conducted first. This meeting will be open to the public.

In addition to the open meeting, the Financial Strength Committee will vote to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraphs (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys, and (17) Confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body and its auditor, including all auditor work product, which will be closed to the public.
