The tentative agenda includes contract review and approval. This meeting will be open to the public.

In addition to the regular meeting, the Board of Directors may vote to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraphs (1), (3), and (13) which will be closed to the public.
