Public notice is hereby given that the Nevada Regional Medical Center Board of Directors Executive Committee will hold a special closed session on Friday, December 5, 2014, beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the Pride Plaza Conference Room, 800 S. Ash, Nevada, Missouri.

Tentative Agenda

• Specific items relating to audit, consulting bids, and legal actions. This meeting will be held in executive session in accordance with RSMo (1994) Section 610.021 Subparagraphs (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys., (11) Specifications for competitive bidding, until either the specifications are officially approved by the public governmental body or the specifications are published for bid, and (17) Confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body and its auditor, including all auditor work product;.
