Public notice is hereby given that the Nevada Regional Medical Center Board of Directors will hold a special session on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room, 800 S. Ash, Nevada, Missouri.

The tentative agenda includes review of consultant’s report and recommendations. This meeting will be open to the public.

In addition to the regular Nevada Regional Medical Center meeting, the Board of Directors will vote to go into Executive Session in accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo (1994) Subparagraph (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys, which will be closed to the public.
