Second Reading of Bill No 2014-074 authorizing the City of Nevada, Missouri, to issue its Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds (3M Company Project), Series 2014, in a principal amount not to exceed $50,070,000 for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of purchasing, constructing, installing and equipping a project for industrial development in the city; approving a plan for an industrial development project; and authorizing the Mayor to enter into certain agreements and take certain other actions in connection with the issuance of the bonds.

b. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-075 amending Chapter 28 of the Nevada City Code pertaining to sewers and sewage disposal.

d. Public Hearing concerning the 2015 Annual Fiscal Budget of the City of Nevada, Missouri.

e. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-077 approving the 2015 Fiscal Budget of the City of Nevada, Missouri, appropriating from the Revenue of the City requisite funds therefor, providing for the adjustments thereof, providing for the salaries of the City Employees, approving the five-year-capital improvement program, updating the organization chart, and approving the public records fee schedule.

f. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-078 approving and authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of agreement between the City of Nevada, Missouri and Alliance Water Resources.

g. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-079 accepting the bid from Rosetta Construction of Springfield, Missouri for waste water system improvements construction.
