a. Second Reading of Bill No 2015-014 amending the zoning district map at BLK 10 LTS 5, 6, 7 & 8 & vac alley in BLK 10 of Prewitts addition, by changing the zoning from R-2 two-family district to rp-2 planned two-family district.

a. Consideration of Bill No. 2015-015 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $2,722,000 principal amount of combined waterworks and sewerage system revenue bonds (State of Missouri – Direct Loan Program) series 2015 of the City of Nevada, Missouri, for the purpose of extending and improving the City’s sewage system; prescribing the form and details of the bonds and the agreements made by the City to facilitate and protect their payment and prescribing other related matters.

b. e. Consideration of Bill No. 2015-018 accepting the bid and entering into a lease/purchase agreement with Commerce Bank for the acquisition of Public Works equipment.

f. Consideration of Resolution No. 1420 authorizing execution of a letter of agreement between the City of Nevada, Missouri and the Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (MOICAC).

g. Consideration of Resolution No. 1421 approving a travel portion of right-of away permit for the American Cancer Society.
