Consideration of Bill No. 2017-007 vacating the 5 foot utility easement located on the east 5 feet of Lot 23, the 10 foot utility easement located on the north 10 feet of Lot 23, and the 5 foot utility easement located on the west 5 feet of lot 24 all in the Shearer Ferry Addition to the City of Nevada, Missouri.
c. Public Hearing concerning the zoning change from R-1 Single Family to R-3 Apartment House at lots 10-13 and 26-30 in Lanyon’s Addition.
d. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-008 amending the zoning district map at Lots 10 through 13 and 26 through 30 of Lanyon’s Addition, by changing the zoning from R-1 Single Family District to R-3 Apartment House District.
e. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-009 establishing a fee schedule for the use of the Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf Course.
f. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-010 authorizing the execution of a Mutual Agreement with the Nevada Country Club and Rosetta Construction, LLC, of Springfield, MO.
