Consideration of Bill No. 2019-026 Consenting to the Assignment and Transfer of the City’s Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds (Mareth Enterprises, LLC Project), Series 2017, issued in a Principal Amount not to exceed $960,000, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of acquiring and improving an Industrial Development Project; authorizing the Officers of the City to carry out all necessary actions to complete the Assignment and Transfer of the Bonds; and authorizing and approving certain documents related to the Assignment and Transfer of the Bonds.
