b) Second reading of Bill No. 2023-040 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, authorizing the execution of an agreement with CivicPlus, Manhattan, Kansas, for the redesign of the City website with additional modules

a) Consideration of Resolution No. 1714 – A Resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri, declaring certain equipment, vehicles, and items in the City’s inventory to be surplus property and authorizing its disposal
