b. Consideration of Resolution No. 1457 approving Fraternal Order of the Bears #538 DBA Jims Roadhouse to sell intoxicating liquor in excess of five percent of alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold.

c. Consideration of Resolution No. 1458 to show support for the partnership between the City of Nevada, Kaysinger Basin Regional
Planning Commission, the Vernon County Commission, the Nevada Chamber of Commerce, the Vernon County Cities of Sheldon and
Walker, and the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Community Development Initiative Program to create and fund a
Countywide and regionally affiliated Economic Development position.

d. Consideration of Resolution No. 1459 encouraging the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to retain the Small Urban
Surface Transportation and the On-System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Programs.

employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
