a. Second Reading of Bill No. 2017-007 vacating the 5 foot utility easement located on the east 5 feet of Lot 23, the 10 foot utility easement located on the north 10 feet of Lot 23, and the 5 foot utility
easement located on the west 5 feet of lot 24 all in the Shearer Ferry Addition to the City of Nevada, Missouri.

b. Second Reading of Bill No. 2017-008 amending the zoning district map at Lots 10 through 13 and 26 through 30 of Lanyon’s Addition, by changing the zoning from R-1 Single Family District to R-3 Apartment House District.

c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2017-009 establishing a fee schedule for the use of the Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf Course.

d. Second Reading of Bill No. 2017-010 authorizing the execution of a Mutual Agreement with the Nevada Country Club and Rosetta Construction, LLC, of Springfield, MO.

e. Second Reading of Bill No. 2017-011 accepting the bid and authorizing the execution of an agreement with Quality Pools, LLC of Harrisonville, Missouri for the 2017 Walton Pool Painting Project.

a. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-013 declaring assets of the City of Nevada, Missouri as surplus property and authorizing their sale.

b. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-014 authorizing the execution of a governmental cooperative contract with the Vernon County Collector-Treasurer for the collection of City of Nevada property taxes.

c. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-015 accepting title to a relocated sewer line and authorizing and directing the release of the former easement.

d. Consideration of Bill No. 2017-016 approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with Nevada Neptunes Swim Team, Inc. for use of the Walton Aquatic Center.
