b. Second Reading of Bill No. 2016-012 accepting the bid and authorizing the execution of an agreement with Apac-Central, Inc. of Springfield, Missouri for the 2016 sales tax street improvements.
c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2016-013 joint ordinance/resolution of the City of Nevada, Missouri and the County Commission of Vernon County, Missouri, dissolving the Western Missouri 911 Commission, providing for the payment of unpaid obligations and winding up of business, and providing for the disposition of its assets all in conformity with 70.260, RSMO.
