d. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-043 accepting the bid and enter into a Lease/Purchase agreement with U.S. Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc. and increase the budget for the acquisition of a skid steer, backhoe and phone system upgrade.

e. Consideration of Bill No. 2014-044 amending the 2014 water and Sewer Fund Budget.

f. Consideration of  Resolution No. 1399 approving Diana’s Club for a City Picnic Temporary liquor by the drink license to sell malt liquor in excess of 3.2% of alcohol by weight, but not in excess of 5% of alcohol by weight and light wines containing not in excess of 14% alcohol by weight for consumption on the premises where sold.
