a) Consideration of Bill No. 2023-035 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, authorizing the execution of Amendment Number 2 to the contract between the City of Nevada and Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc. for additional services needed for the improvement to the City of Nevada Water Treatment Plant.
b) Consideration of Bill No. 2023-036 – A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri, amending Chapter 37 Section 37-1 and 37-15 of the Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri, by adding short term rentals.
