c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2015-041 accepting the proposal submitted by Troutt, Beeman & Co., P.C. to perform the annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, with the option of auditing each of the four subsequent years.
d. Second Reading of Bill No. 2015-042 amending section 37-15(I) (Use Regulations) of the Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri.

a. Consideration of Bill No. 2015-043 providing for the holding of a Primary and General Election within the City of Nevada, Missouri and fixing the polling place, appointing judges of said election, and providing for other matters incidental to said election.
b. Consideration of Bill No. 2015-044 amending the City Administrative Code Article IV (Section 2-20) to provide that the Parks Board will be composed of five rather than seven members and making provisions, as in the past, to stagger 3 year terms to provide continuity.
c. Consideration of Resolution No. 1440 approving an application submitted by Ol Subway LLC for a temporary liquor by the drink permit on September 26, 2015.
