b. Second Reading of Bill No. 2021-025 A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri revising, amending, and updating the entirety of Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri.

c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2021-026 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing payment from the Nevada Tourism Fund to Nevada Elks Lodge #0564 for marketing, advertising, and promotions of Horseshoe Tournaments.

d. Second Reading  of Bill No. 2021-027 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada Missouri, approving a depository services agreement for governmental entities with U.S. Bank authorizing check signers for the following accounts: General Operations, Payroll Clearing, and Animal Shelter.

e. Second Reading of Bill No. 2021-028 A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri amending Chapter 19 of the Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri.

a. Consideration of Bill No. 2021-029 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada Missouri authorizing agreement with H.W. Lochner, Inc of Kansas City, Missouri for design services.

b. Next, Consideration of Bill No. 2021-030 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documents associated with Deep Well #4 replacement.

c. Next, Consideration of Bill No. 2021-031 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all documents associated with sandblasting and painting of the Walton Aquatic Center Pool.

d. Next, Consideration of Bill No. 2021-032 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of a contract between the City of Nevada and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for Design of the Runway Lighting Project at the Nevada Municipal Airport.

Subparagraph (1) Subparagraph Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its
representatives and its attorneys. Subparagraph (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
