c. Second Reading of Bill No. 2021-051 A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri repealing Section 23-24 of the Municipal Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri

Next, Consideration of Bill No. 2021-055 A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri authorizing the execution of amendment number one (1) to the contract between the City of Nevada and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for design services of the Runway Lighting Project at the Nevada Municipal Airport.
c. Next, Consideration of Bill No. 2021-056 A General Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri Updating Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of Nevada, Missouri to provide Consistency with modifications by the Missouri Legislature effective August 28, 2021.

The City Manager Requests an Executive Session for Reasons in Accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo. Subparagraph (1) Subparagraph Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. Subparagraph (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor. However, any minutes, vote or public record approving a contract relating to the leasing purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body shall be made public upon execution of the lease purchase or sale of the real estate. Subparagraph (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
