Public notice is hereby given that in conformity with Article IV, Section 2, of the Corporate By-Laws, the President of the Board of Directors has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Nevada Animal Shelter Corporation to be held at the City Hall located at 120 South Ash, Nevada, Missouri at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
The Tentative Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Consideration of Change Order #2 request for additional 40 weather Days.
- Public Participation.
