NEW BUSINESS:

PUBLIC HEARING

a) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-068 – An Emergency Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri levying General and Special Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2022

b) Second reading of Bill No. 2022-068 – An Emergency Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri levying General and Special Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2022.

c) Consideration of Bill No. 2022-067 – A Special Ordinance of the City of Nevada, Missouri repealing Ordinance No. 8521 appropriating from the American Rescue Plan fund expenditures for purposes that fulfill the intent of the American Rescue Plan Act for Public Health.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The City Mayor requests an Executive Session for Reasons in Accordance with Section 610.021 RSMo., Subparagraph (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
