The City of Nevada does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities.

An ADA coordinator has been appointed to coordinate compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements of Section 504, the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), HUD Section 504 regulations, and ADA regulations implemented by the EEOC, and the Department of Justice.

Please contact the ADA Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to the meeting or activity. City offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, excluding legal holidays.

Alternative formats of materials provided by the City of Nevada can be made available if requested as outlined above. ADA compliance materials and policies can also be obtained by following the above procedures.
